KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process Ownership & Design
- Map end-to-end internal processes that span multiple systems (e.g., employee lifecycle), identifying gaps, redundant steps, and data-consistency risks between systems
- Define target-state process flows and translate them into clear, buildable requirements, coordinating with IT and system owners as needed
- Continuously reassess process health as the org scales (new entities, new headcount, new tools) and flag where a process will break before it does
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Coordination
- Identify and convene the right stakeholders per workstream, driving decision making and escalating where necessary
- Run structured working sessions to get alignment on process ownership, sequencing, and who's accountable for what
- Keep a lightweight, current record of decisions and open questions so nothing gets re-litigated
System & Automation Enablement
- Turn agreed process changes into concrete change requests for the systems involved (e.g., what should change in a workflow, what needs to trigger an action),
- Spot and execute on automation opportunities (manual handoffs, duplicate data entry, spreadsheet workarounds), directly building or involving needed departments (e.g., IT) as needed
- Maintain working fluency in the core internal systems
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Experience in business/process analysis, technical program management, or an operations role with direct exposure to HR, CRM, or data systems
- Comfortable with system logic (fields, workflows, basic integration/API concepts) and able to write code to facilitate integrations
- Strong structured thinking: can take a messy, multi-owner process and find where it actually breaks
- Comfortable with ambiguity — there's no existing playbook for this role at ICEYE yet
Nice to haves:
- Prior hands-on exposure to an ATS/HRIS (Ashby, HiBob, or similar) or a CRM (Salesforce)
