ABOUT THE ROLE
Mend.io http://Mend.io is looking for a mid-level Graphic Designer to join our marketing design team, reporting to the Head of Web Experience and working day to day alongside our Senior Designer. You will take campaign briefs from concept through finished assets across web, social, sales enablement, events, and video, and you will own your projects end to end. Mend.io http://Mend.io is a B2B application security and AI security company, so the work is technical, fast-moving, and brand-driven.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design campaign and product marketing assets from brief to final files: datasheets, one-pagers, ebooks, web and landing page graphics, LinkedIn and social banners, paid ad creative, email graphics, and event collateral
- Produce short-form video and motion graphics for social, web, and product marketing, including editing, captions, and animated elements
- Apply and extend Mend.io http://Mend.io brand standards across every asset, and contribute to templates and component libraries in Figma
- Collaborate with the Senior Designer, content, product marketing, and demand generation on timelines and feedback, and keep stakeholders updated proactively
- Prepare production-ready files for web, print, and video, and hand off assets in the formats each channel needs
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5 to 8 years of graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in a B2B SaaS or technology marketing team or agency
- A portfolio showing campaign work you carried from brief to finished asset, including datasheets or ebooks, digital ad and social creative, and at least one video or motion piece
- Expert in Figma for layout, components, and collaborative review
- Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for print and digital; Premiere Pro and After Effects for video and motion
- Strong typography, layout, and hierarchy skills, with attention to spacing, alignment, and legibility
- Able to work from a written brief independently, ask the right questions up front, and deliver in a timely manner
- Responsive, clear written and verbal communication in English
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience designing for cybersecurity, developer tools, or another technical B2B audience
- Web asset production for WordPress sites, including responsive image specs and basic HTML/CSS awareness
- Email design and basic familiarity with email builders
- Presentation design in Google Slides or PowerPoint
- Illustration or icon design skills
- Experience with AI-assisted design or video tools and a clear point of view on where they help and where they don't
WORKING ARRANGEMENT AND HOW TO APPLY
This is a full-time position. Core collaboration hours are 8:00 to 11:00 US Central (14:00 to 17:00 Poland), with the rest of the day flexible. You will work in Asana, Slack, Figma, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
