Accounts Payable Representative

🚀 We’re Hiring: Accounts Payable Representative | Bogotá, Colombia
Traffic Tech is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Representative to join our Finance team in Bogotá.
If you have solid experience in Accounts Payable, enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment, and are comfortable communicating in English, we’d love to hear from you.
What we’re looking for:
• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role
• Advanced English, both written and spoken
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Experience with ACCPAC is a plus
What you’ll be doing:
• Process invoices, employee expense reports, and supplier payments
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies
• Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve payment-related issues
• Manage check and EFT payment runs
• Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payments
