Role: Java Intern
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Java Intern to join our development team in Pune. The selected candidate will work on real-world software development projects under the guidance of senior engineers and gain practical experience in modern Java technologies and enterprise application development.
Key Responsibilities
Write, develop, test, and maintain Java code.
Assist in developing enterprise-grade applications.
Work with Jakarta EE components and enterprise Java technologies.
Contribute to microservices-based application modules.
Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
Understand and apply common software design patterns.
Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving application issues.
Collaborate with developers and cross-functional team members.
Maintain technical documentation and development-related records.
Use Git and version control workflows for source-code management.
Learn and follow industry best practices in software development.
Continuously improve technical knowledge through hands-on project work.
Required Qualifications
Strong foundation in Java programming and software development.
Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
Basic knowledge or academic exposure to Jakarta EE / Enterprise Java.
Understanding of Microservices and distributed application architecture.
Familiarity with common Design Patterns.
Basic knowledge of Git and version control systems.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail in coding and documentation.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work under technical guidance.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
