AWS Senior Developer

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain AWS-based solutions aligned with scalability, security, and cost-optimization best practices.
Implement and enhance DevOps pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes across environments.
Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring reusable modules and consistent standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define deployment strategies, release processes, and operational runbooks.
Monitor application and infrastructure health, troubleshoot issues, and drive root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Improve reliability and delivery velocity through automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in code reviews and infrastructure reviews to maintain quality, security, and maintainability. Minimum Qualifications:
3–5 years of hands-on experience working with AWS and implementing DevOps practices in production environments.
Strong experience building and maintaining infrastructure as code using Terraform.
Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and automated deployment workflows.
Ability to troubleshoot cloud and pipeline issues with a structured, problem-solving approach.
Education: BTECH / BCA / MCA / MTECH (or equivalent practical experience). Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing reusable Terraform modules, managing remote state, and applying IaC best practices (versioning, reviews, drift detection).
Strong exposure to containerized deployments and cloud-native delivery patterns on AWS.
Experience improving observability and operational readiness through metrics, logs, alerts, and runbooks.
Familiarity with security best practices in AWS and DevOps workflows, including least-privilege access and secure deployments.
Proven ability to collaborate across teams, influence standards, and drive automation that improves developer experience and release reliability.
