SR technician

Role Description The SR Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Raichur, responsible for overseeing and performing advanced technical operations and maintenance tasks. This role includes inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment, coordinating routine and preventive maintenance, and supporting commissioning and shutdown activities as needed. The SR Technician will document work performed, maintain accurate logs and reports, and ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures. The role also involves guiding junior technicians, collaborating with engineers and supervisors, and communicating effectively about equipment status, issues, and required actions.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in technical operations, maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting in an industrial or infrastructure setting.
Strong knowledge of tools, instruments, and safety practices used in field maintenance and repair activities.
Ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and standard operating procedures, and apply them in day-to-day work.
Effective communication and teamwork skills, including the ability to support and mentor junior staff.
Good organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail in recording maintenance activities and equipment status.
Comfort working on-site in Raichur, including adherence to all health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Relevant technical diploma, certificate, or degree in engineering, maintenance, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
Prior experience in an O&M environment, power plant, manufacturing facility, or similar industry is an advantage.
