Associate Product Manager 2 (APM 2) – Risk POD
Role Summary ~
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager 2 to work on data-intensive products that leverage large-scale data pipelines to identify and surface fraud. You will work closely with Engineering, Data and other cross-functional teams to translate complex data and user problems into scalable product solutions.
Key Responsibilities ~
Own and drive product initiatives across data-intensive workflows and pipelines.
Work with large datasets and understand interactions across multiple data sources.
Partner with Engineering and Data teams to improve data collection, processing, cleaning and downstream usability.
Understand and work with crawlers and data pipelines sourcing information from 10,000+ sources.
Identify opportunities to connect and triangulate information across datasets to surface meaningful fraud insights.
Use SQL, scripts and analytical tools to analyse data, investigate problems and prototype solutions.
Translate complex technical and data problems into clear product requirements and solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to drive initiatives from problem identification through execution.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ensure accuracy in product decisions and outcomes.
Candidate Requirements ~
Strong data-crunching skills.
Ability to work with databases and connect/interact with different data sources.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability.
Comfort with using scripts for data extraction, analysis and rapid prototyping.
Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into product solutions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly articulate past work and problem-solving approach.
Prior experience working with big data/data-heavy products is an advantage, but deep prior domain expertise is not mandatory.
