(based on a full time schedule of 40 hours per week).
Please note that the final offer will vary based on scheduled hours. Compensation for part-time or reduced schedules will be prorated based on scheduled weekly hours, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

This position is responsible for the preparation of the cafeteria to fellow employees and the outside community. This is done through cleaning, stocking, and minimal food preparation. The position is also responsible for a number of tasks in order to maintain the highest sanitary guidelines possible. A variety of functions needs to be completed in order to provide quality service to all of our customers while maintaining the highest sanitary conditions in accordance with policies and procedures. This position is responsible for accurately charging each employee and or customer as well.
I. Major Responsibilities:
1. Follows all HACCP standards
2. Follows all contract services policies and procedures
3. Possesses excellent customer service skills
4. Attends up to 75% of department meetings
5. Ability to use the cash register system appropriately with less than a 10% variance 2 times per quarter
6. Assists in maintaining signage / marketing materials in the cafe

3. Demonstrates use of Quality Improvement in daily operations.
4. Complies with all health and safety regulations and requirements.

Unless certification, licensure or registration is required, an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in this description may be substituted for the above requirements.
