Job Mission
In the role, the task is to
Lead, develop and inspire a (natural) team consisting of a diverse group of technicians and engineers (inside and outside TF) that work towards a common goal. Manage the Production Process, in order to realize the planned production targets and objectives in terms of e.g. Safety, Customer Satisfaction, Delivery, Quality and Efficiency/Costs. Leading organizational change by actively driving the transformation towards the TWINSCAN Factory (TF) Flow Factory vision, required to grow the TF production capability within the current footprint and with the current amount of people.
Roles and responsibilities
The NXT system Build department is responsible for building our DUV machines
The team consists out of +/- 100 people divided into 8 teams, working in a 2-shift basic working schedule, inside the TF cleanroom.
The systems are manufactured according to a flow line concept where the role of the TL is crucial to ensure people follow and improve on the safety, quality and work standards, ensuring production line meets hourly, shift and daily output targets.
Your job will include to:
Manage people effectively: hire, develop, set goals, and monitor performance to keep your team engaged.
Build self-supporting, collaborative teams that work well together.
Lead by example: demonstrate TF behavioral anchors like listening, following standards, taking ownership, speaking up, improving processes, and showing respect
Ensure training and compliance with ASML processes, quality, and safety standards.
Plan resources for both short- and long-term needs, aligned with market demand.
Provide backup for your manager or fellow team leads when needed.
Motivate and support your team, fostering continuous improvement to boost quality, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
Drive problem-solving and set priorities within the team.
Maintain Operational Excellence in manufacturing.
Lead change by actively driving and promoting the TF Flow Factory vision.
Respond promptly to issues raised by team members or customers.
Support New Product Introductions (NPIs).
Set and enforce norms and standards, ensuring process adherence.
Manage stakeholders, both internal and external.
Main drivers: Safety, Quality, Delivery performance, Customer satisfaction, Cost effectiveness, Inventory and People engagement
Education and experience
We are looking for candidates with a relevant (technical) bachelor or master degree with multiple years of experience (at least 5 years) in leading a team.
Additionally you have:
Experience in (flow) production management;
Experience in a complex working environment;
Experience in LEAN and FLOW as a (Natural) Team Leader;
Experience in leading and coaching improvement projects.
Lastly you have excellent communicational abilities and can use English (written and verbally) with ease.

Other information
The TWINSCAN Factory (TF) is responsible for the production of ASML lithography systems including planning and logistics. A place where we strive to be the role model Flow Factory where quality comes first but where safety goes before all.
For this position, the indicative (fixed) annual salary range is between 67,000 euro and 75,500 euro. This range comprises vacation allowance and a 13th-month payment and is based on a full-time contract. Company profit sharing is not included in this range. As this is a shift-based position you will receive a shift allowance on top of the indicated salary range. The actual compensation offered will depend on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: job-related skills, relevant education and (work) experience, certifications, demonstrated abilities of the candidate, pay relative to other team members.
