About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Location: Middlesex, NJ
Pay: $6000-7000
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving Operations
Supervise all inbound activities including unloading, inspection, and proper shelving of goods. Ensure accuracy of deliveries and compliance with quality standards.
Team Supervision
Lead and manage the inbound team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training and support to maintain high levels of efficiency and accuracy.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate closely with procurement, inventory, and sales teams to confirm delivery schedules, resolve receiving discrepancies, and communicate with suppliers and logistics providers as needed.
Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies in receiving processes and implement best practices to streamline workflows, reduce delays, and improve accuracy.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure all received products meet quality and safety requirements. Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate records of inbound shipments.
Qualifications :
University degree preferred (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, or business administration).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a focus on inbound logistics or receiving.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage priorities effectively.
Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools.
Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and regulatory compliance.
