Job requirements
Responsibility for delivering recovery and handover projects.
Supporting ad hoc, high profile resolution initiatives.
Completing and peer reviewing complex calculations.
Analysing data and trends, implementing quality controls and system updates.
Supporting escalated client, member and operational activities, based on an agreed set of KPIs.
Understanding and meeting Client Portfolio & Operational needs effectively and adhering to procedures.
Driving service delivery in order to meet and exceed operational KPIs.
Improving operational effectiveness.
