Job Description
We are looking for an BCCP Data Coordinator to support the our clients Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (BCCP) through data management, provider support, reporting, program administration, and quality improvement activities. This position will be Full-Time and Hybrid, Indianapolis, Indiana.
Only work authorizations that will not require sponsorship now or in the future will be considered.
What You'll Do
Support provider recruitment, engagement, and relationship management efforts across Indiana
Manage provider contracts, agreements, site information, and user access within BCCP systems
Add, reset, maintain, and clean provider and user account information to ensure data integrity
Run monthly, biweekly, and ad hoc reports for program leadership, data management staff, and regional coordinators
Support collection, tracking, and reporting of cancer program key performance indicators (KPIs)
Assist with the electronic submission and management of claims within the BCCP program
Support regional coordinators in obtaining, correcting, and submitting Minimum Data Elements (MDE)
Perform data entry and quality assurance activities as needed to support program operations
Create infographics, educational materials, and public-facing communications that support cancer prevention and screening initiatives
Maintain program forms, provider documentation, and related administrative records
Assist with standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation, grant development activities, and coordination of educational materials
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, contracted partners, and state agency staff
Prepare meeting materials, record meeting minutes, and provide general administrative support
Perform other duties as assigned to support program objectives and maximize BCCP effectiveness
What You'll Need
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Data Analysis, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be substituted for education
Experience working with data management, reporting, or program administration functions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to generate reports, analyze information, and communicate findings clearly
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with internal staff, healthcare providers, and external partners
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Preferred:
Experience supporting public health, healthcare, or government programs
Experience with healthcare data collection, data quality management, or performance reporting
Experience creating dashboards, infographics, or educational materials
Familiarity with cancer screening programs, quality improvement initiatives, or population health programs
Experience with provider relations, contract administration, or stakeholder engagement
Knowledge of data validation, reporting tools, or database management systems
Experience supporting grant-funded programs
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

$31.50 per hour
The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
