Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Spécialiste bilingue des services aux patients (français/anglais) pour se joindre à notre équipe du Programme de soutien aux patients (PSP). Dans ce rôle, vous agirez à titre de personne-ressource principale auprès des patients, des professionnels de la santé, des pharmacies et des assureurs afin de faciliter l’accès aux traitements et aux services de soutien.
Il s’agit d’une excellente occasion pour un(e) professionnel(le) axé(e) sur le service à la clientèle possédant de l’expérience en administration de la santé, en remboursement, en soutien aux patients ou dans un environnement de centre d’appels. La réussite dans ce rôle exige une parfaite maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, d’excellentes compétences en communication et un engagement envers l’excellence de l’expérience patient.
Veuillez noter : Les candidats doivent être parfaitement bilingues (français et anglais) et résider dans la région du Grand Toronto (GTA), en Ontario, ou au Québec.
Ce que vous ferez
Soutenir l’inscription, l’intégration et l’engagement continu des patients au sein des programmes de soutien aux patients.
Fournir un soutien bilingue aux patients, aux professionnels de la santé, aux pharmacies, aux assureurs et à d’autres intervenants par téléphone et par courriel.
Coordonner les activités de vérification des garanties, de soutien au remboursement et d’assistance aux patients.
Faciliter la communication entre les patients, les médecins, les cliniques, les pharmacies, les assureurs et les équipes internes.
Traiter les formulaires d’inscription, les documents de remboursement et les dossiers des patients tout en assurant leur exactitude et leur exhaustivité.
Effectuer la saisie de données et maintenir l’information à jour dans plusieurs systèmes et bases de données.
Assurer le suivi des documents manquants et communiquer de façon proactive avec les parties prenantes afin de favoriser un accès rapide aux traitements.
Analyser et transmettre les dossiers complexes liés au remboursement ou au soutien aux patients conformément aux procédures établies.
Veiller au respect des lois sur la protection des renseignements personnels, des politiques de l’entreprise, des exigences des programmes et des normes de qualité.
Atteindre les objectifs de niveau de service tout en offrant une expérience client exceptionnelle.
Exigences de base
Bilinguisme obligatoire en français et en anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit.
Résider dans la région du Grand Toronto (GTA), en Ontario, ou au Québec.
Diplôme d’études postsecondaires (collégial) ou combinaison équivalente de scolarité et d’expérience.
Minimum d’une (1) année d’expérience dans un domaine lié au service à la clientèle, à l’administration de la santé, au soutien aux patients, au remboursement, à la vérification des garanties ou dans un environnement de centre d’appels.
Excellentes compétences administratives et en saisie de données, avec un haut niveau d’exactitude et un souci du détail.
Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et d’autres systèmes informatiques.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique tout en maintenant un haut niveau de qualité et de précision.
Compétences et expérience souhaitées
Expérience de travail au sein d’un programme de soutien aux patients (PSP).
Connaissance des processus de remboursement, de vérification des garanties, des autorisations préalables et du cheminement des réclamations d’assurance.
Expérience de soutien aux patients dans les secteurs de la santé, de l’industrie pharmaceutique, des pharmacies spécialisées ou de l’assurance.
Connaissance des plateformes de gestion de la relation client (CRM), des systèmes de gestion de cas et des processus de documentation en santé.
Compréhension des programmes publics et privés de remboursement des médicaments au Canada.
Expérience dans la gestion d’un volume élevé de communications entrantes et sortantes tout en maintenant d’excellentes normes de service.
Environnement de travail et exigences physiques
Poste principalement sédentaire nécessitant de longues périodes de travail à l’ordinateur et au téléphone.
Environnement de travail dynamique exigeant d’excellentes compétences en organisation, en gestion des priorités et en multitâche.

About the Role
Are you passionate about helping patients navigate their healthcare journey? We are seeking a Bilingual Hub Patient Services Specialist (English/French) to join our Patient Support Program (PSP) team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and insurers, helping to facilitate access to therapies and support services.
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional with experience in healthcare administration, reimbursement, patient support, or call centre operations. Success in this position requires fluency in both English and French, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding patient experience.
Please note: Candidates must be fully bilingual (French and English) and reside within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario or Quebec.
What You'll Do:
Support patient enrollment, onboarding, and ongoing engagement within Patient Support Programs.
Provide bilingual support to patients, healthcare providers, pharmacies, insurers, and other stakeholders via phone and email.
Coordinate benefits verification, reimbursement support, and patient assistance program activities.
Facilitate communication between patients, physicians, clinics, pharmacies, insurance providers, and internal teams.
Process enrollment forms, reimbursement documentation, and patient records while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Perform data entry and maintain information across multiple systems and databases.
Monitor outstanding documentation and proactively follow up with stakeholders to support timely patient access to therapy.
Investigate and escalate complex reimbursement or patient support issues in accordance with established procedures.
Maintain compliance with privacy legislation, company policies, program requirements, and quality standards.
Achieve service level objectives while consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Basic Requirements:
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
Reside in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario or Quebec.
Post-secondary education (college diploma) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, healthcare administration, patient support, reimbursement, benefits verification, or a call centre environment.
Strong administrative and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other computer-based systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Preferred Skills / Experience:
Experience working within a Patient Support Program (PSP).
Knowledge of reimbursement processes, benefits verification, prior authorizations, and insurance navigation.
Experience supporting patients in healthcare, pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or insurance settings.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, case management systems, and healthcare documentation workflows.
Understanding of provincial and private drug reimbursement programs across Canada.
Experience managing high volumes of inbound and outbound communication while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Primarily desk-based role requiring extended periods of computer and telephone use.
Fast-paced environment requiring strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
