Oversee all aspects of the Ghana business, including marketing, compliance, regulatory engagement, operations, and overall performance
Take full accountability for growth, profitability, and operational execution as the country’s commercial leader
Provide leadership to a workforce of employees, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision
Build and optimize the management team, exercising full authority over senior-level hiring and retention
Deliver market intelligence and feedback to South African headquarters to guide product and strategic decisions
Optimise market share and enhance organizational efficiency through structural improvements, process optimization, and disciplined execution
Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and strong digital performance.
Act as the company’s public and regulatory representative in Ghana, fostering positive stakeholder relationships and goodwill
