Little Medical School Instructor
Do you love working with children and making learning fun? Little Medical School is looking for an energetic, dependable instructor to lead hands-on medical and science enrichment classes for preschool-aged children!
Our students explore the exciting world of medicine through imaginative, age-appropriate activities. They may learn how to use a stethoscope, discover how the heart works, care for a “patient,” practice veterinarian skills, or even make a cast. No medical background is required—we provide the curriculum, lesson plans, supplies, and training!
Current Class Locations and Times
North Naples: 11:15 a.m.–12:45 p.m.
North Naples: 9:15–10:15 a.m.
Estero: 11:45 a.m.–12:45 p.m.
What You’ll Do
Lead fun, interactive Little Medical School lessons (curriculum is provided)
Create a positive and engaging classroom environment
Set up and organize provided lesson materials
Communicate professionally with school staff and families
Arrive on time and prepared for every scheduled class
Make children feel excited, confident, and curious about science and medicine
You May Be a Great Fit If You Are
Enthusiastic, outgoing, and comfortable leading a group
Patient and genuinely enjoy working with young children
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Able to follow a prepared curriculum while bringing energy and personality to each lesson
Available consistently during the school year
Able to pass all required background screenings
Teaching, childcare, coaching, healthcare, science, or performance experience is helpful, but it is not required. We will train the right person!
Important: This Is a Year-Round Position
This is not a seasonal or short-term job. Our schools, students, and families count on seeing the same reliable instructor each week. We are looking for someone who can make an ongoing commitment, maintain consistent availability, and show up prepared for every scheduled class.

Work arrangement
No
