Account Manager - Junior

Overview:
SOFTSWISS is looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our team and work with clients using the SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator.
The Game Aggregator is a fast and cost-effective solution that helps casino operators integrate and manage gaming content easily. In this role, you’ll build strong client relationships, support their day-to-day needs, and help them get the most value from our product.

You'll solve complex technical challenges and help power one of the industry's leading aggregation platforms.
Purpose of the role:
You’ll support and develop relationships with casino operator clients, helping them achieve their goals while ensuring a smooth and positive experience with the Game Aggregator. Your work will contribute to client satisfaction, account growth, and long-term partnerships.
Key responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day communication with casino operator clients and act as a reliable point of contact for their requests
Build strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing timely support
Identify opportunities to introduce relevant services, game content, and other solutions to existing clients
Monitor account and product performance, analyse data, and highlight opportunities for improvement
Coordinate with Product, Technical Support, and other internal teams to resolve client issues and requirements efficiently
Stay informed about iGaming market trends and competitor activity to provide relevant insights to clients
Required Experience:
2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role
Strong written and spoken English at B2+ level
Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Ability to analyse data and turn findings into practical recommendations
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client issues efficiently
Confident communication and collaboration with international, cross-functional teams
Nice to have:
Written and spoken Russian
Experience in the iGaming industry or working with B2B digital products
