Strategy & Operations Manager

THE ROLE:
As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you'll report directly to the leader of Strategy & Operations and work across everything from go-to-market operations to automation to ad hoc strategic initiatives. This is a high-ownership role from day one. You'll own key workstreams and systems, bring your own ideas, and help build and optimize the infrastructure behind Coram's go-to-market engine.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement processes and systems that help the GTM org run faster
- Build lightweight AI agents and automations that reduce manual work across the revenue team
- Own discrete projects and workstreams from framing through execution
- Partner with GTM leadership to turn ambiguity into clear recommendations
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-4 years in strategy & operations, revenue/sales operations, or business operations at a B2B startup
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with fluency in spreadsheets
- Experience building tools or processes that others rely on
- Deep comfort with AI tools, and genuine excitement for using them to work faster and build leverage
- Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce and a strong understanding of CRM systems, workflows, and best practices
- Current or recent experience at a high-growth, Series A–C company is a plus
- A bias for action and ownership; able to take an ambiguous problem and drive it to a result
- Strong resilience in challenging, fast-paced environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred
- Able to work onsite
