Palynn helps people actually try it.
You tell Palynn your half-formed idea. It gives you an honest reality check based on your life (your job, free hours, budget, location, constraints), not a pep talk. Then it hands you one small four-week experiment and exactly one first move: a real place, this week, under your budget, under two hours.
We're looking for someone to build the engine that makes that work, and makes it better with every person who uses it.
What you'll do
You'll build the core engine behind Palynn's website and mobile app: turning a messy idea and a short survey into an honest, useful reality check, and matching people with real, local first steps they'll actually take. You'll design the feedback loops that help it learn from what users do (and don't do) next, so it keeps getting sharper.
You'll work directly with the founding team, getting info from user interviews and digging through early feedback, shaping not just the algorithm but the product itself.
Who you are
You've shipped AI or ML systems that real people use, whether that's LLM-powered products, recommendations, personalization, or something close. You're comfortable in Python and happy to touch the web stack when needed. You care about whether the output actually helps someone, not just whether the model scores well. You like talking to users, you have opinions, and you're excited by early-stage work where you own things end to end.
