Construction Project Manager / Site Construction Director

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager / Site Construction Director to lead construction operations, project delivery, site coordination, and overall project performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead construction projects from planning through completion and handover.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and site performance.
Oversee daily site operations and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and engineers.
Develop construction plans, schedules, and execution strategies.
Monitor progress, milestones, resources, manpower, equipment, and materials.
Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical submissions.
Identify construction risks, delays, and technical issues and implement solutions.
Manage inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Monitor project costs, variations, productivity, and commercial performance.
Lead and develop construction managers, engineers, supervisors, and site teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience in construction project management or site operations.
Experience with commercial, residential, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, project controls, quality, safety, and site management.
Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong leadership, project management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage schedules, budgets, resources, and project risks.
Professional certification in construction, engineering, or project management is an advantage.
