Qualifications & Requirements
Saudi National – mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant sales experience within the hotel/hospitality industry is required.
Previous experience in hotel sales, preferably in a branded or international hotel environment.
Experience in managing corporate accounts, key accounts, MICE, travel trade, or other hotel-related market segments.
Strong understanding of the hospitality market and hotel sales practices.
Proven ability to develop business relationships and generate new revenue opportunities.
Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of the local market and business environment.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel/commercial systems.
Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the cluster’s revenue and business objectives.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within corporate, leisure, MICE, government, and other relevant market segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, clients, travel agencies, and business partners.
Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, presentations, and business development activities.
Manage and grow existing accounts while actively acquiring new accounts.
Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, rates, and commercial agreements within approved guidelines.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to support the commercial strategy.
Work closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, and other departments to maximize revenue opportunities.
Coordinate sales activities across the assigned Hilton properties and ensure consistent commercial efforts.
Maintain accurate account information, sales activities, forecasts, and reports in the relevant systems.
Participate in sales trips, trade shows, networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.
Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports and updates to management.
Ensure all sales activities comply with Hilton standards, policies, and brand requirements.
Support the Cluster Commercial team in achieving overall business and revenue goals.
