Role Overview
We are looking for a Specialist, Talent Solution Delivery, Enterprise to support and manage end-to-end hiring operations. This role is responsible for maintaining operational accuracy, driving process compliance, and providing reporting and stakeholder support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Audits & Process Management
Manage requisitions throughout the complete hiring lifecycle.
Perform pre-posting audits for NBN, CSBBO, ENT, and WIM requisitions.
Audit interview feedback to ensure compliance and process accuracy.
Process background check and requisition cancellations as required.
Deliver onboarding and process training for new team members.
Track new laptop procurement using serial numbers and maintain inventory records.
Monitor compliance for "WF Develop You" and maintain all operational trackers with accurate and up-to-date information.
Reporting & Stakeholder Support
Maintain accurate onboarding and offboarding data and documentation.
Prepare and provide regular reports, including organizational charts and Line of Business (LOB) rosters, for leadership.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational delivery.
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and drive efficiencies.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in talent acquisition operations, hiring operations, HR operations, or a similar operational support role.
Proficiency with tools such as Beeline, SmartSheet, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
