As our Patient Safety Specialist, RN Acute, you will support the patient safety program by reducing harm, fostering a culture of safety, and driving High Reliability Organization initiatives, specifically leading the response to serious clinical and high-risk events. Every day you will serve as a safety subject matter expert by analyzing events, interpreting data for decision-making, managing complex workstreams, coaching staff on disclosure, leading program projects, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
