Vice President of Product Strategy

Role Description The Vice President of Product Strategy is a full-time remote role responsible for defining and driving the long-term product vision and roadmap for IZIROVA Jewellery. This role oversees product strategy across fine jewellery and precious metals offerings, ensuring alignment with market opportunities, brand positioning, and financial objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional collaboration with product management, design, operations, finance, and marketing to prioritize initiatives, develop business cases, and guide product lifecycle decisions. The Vice President monitors market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategic planning, while establishing performance metrics and reporting frameworks to evaluate product portfolio success. This role also mentors product teams, supports executive decision-making, and contributes to organizational growth through data-driven recommendations and strategic leadership.
Qualifications
Strong product strategy and product management skills, with experience defining vision, roadmaps, and portfolio priorities.
Advanced analytical skills to interpret market data, customer insights, and performance metrics for decision-making.
Proven experience in strategic planning and long-term business planning within product-focused organizations.
Solid understanding of finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and building product-related business cases.
Extensive leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
Background in luxury goods, jewellery, precious metals, or related industries is highly beneficial.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
