Role Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. This role will focus on designing intuitive, engaging, and efficient user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate closely with our Product Manager to gather requirements, create mockups, and design high-fidelity prototypes that bring our vision to life while improving existing workflows for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Product Manager to translate requirements into engaging, user-friendly designs.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for both web and mobile applications.
• Stay up-to-date on UX/UI trends, best practices, and design tools, bringing fresh ideas to elevate our products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with product goals, technical feasibility, and the overall user experience.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to improve designs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive web and mobile application designs.
• Experience with user journey mapping and workflow optimization
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to design portals, dashboards, or similar complex user interfaces.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, user-centered design principles, and UX best practices.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design rationale and accept constructive feedback.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience designing enterprise portals or B2B SaaS products.
• Experience with design systems and creating style guides.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a Scrum or Kanban environment.
