Essential Functions…
u Must effectively direct the actions of other crew members and communicate with all supervisors and managers.
u Uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness standards within designated areas.
u Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient palletizing operations.
u Address equipment problems in an aggressive manner, as to minimize downtime.
u Ensure that all resources are available for production run.
u Set-up oncoming shift for successful run.
u Expected to perform any duties necessary to support the team.
u Obtain information necessary to perform duties at pre-shift tailgate meetings and by meeting with off-going operator.
u Vigilantly monitor equipment operation for indications of impending problems and possible operational improvements.
u Work with palletizing team to properly utilize turns (Cleaning/PM completion).
u Backup to all production jobs as needed.
SQF Requirements…
u Maintaining food safety and food quality through completing job tasks and maintaining the work area in a sanitary manner.
u Report food safety problems to personal with authority to initiate action.
u Ensure all programs are being upheld and documentation is current.
u Maintaining food safety and quality through CCP verification.
Coverage…
u Must be proficient in palletizing equipment (Wrappers/labelers/pallet conveyance) in assigned work area and step in where needed at any time for breaks/lunches for the rest of the palletizer operators.

® Excellent troubleshooting skills

® Multi-tasked Individual
® Standing: Long periods (a minimum of 12+ hours)
® Sitting: Occasionally for short periods
® Walking: Long periods
® Bending: Frequently
® Lifting: Heavy (50+ lbs) frequently
® Carrying: Heavy (40-60 lbs) frequently distance Pushing/Pulling: under 75 lbs without assistance frequently
Special Requirements…
® Forklift/Pallet jack and Man lift certification

$34.79—$36.17 USD
