Course Development Quality Control Specialist

BIS Safety Software is a SaaS company on a mission to change how organizations manage safety, learning, and compliance. Since 2006, we've been building innovative software that helps companies simplify training, improve compliance, and keep their people safe. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail who can help us maintain the quality and accuracy of the online courses available through our platform.
About the Role
As our Course Development Quality Control Specialist, you'll be the final set of eyes on courses before they go live, making sure content, course information, and setup meet our quality standards. You'll also take ownership of our network partner courses, help troubleshoot course-related issues, maintain our course catalogue, and work across teams to keep everything accurate and up to date.
This role is about more than catching mistakes. We’re looking for someone who asks why, notices where processes could be better, and helps prevent problems before they happen. If you're detail-oriented, tech savvy, comfortable working with clients and partners, and enjoy improving the way things work, this role could be a great fit.
This is an in-person role based out of our Sherwood Park, AB office.
