Playtech Managed Services is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to help support new products related to Business Intelligence and Marketing in the iGaming industry. This role will be a key member of the Product team, supporting the advancement of new and innovative products for a strategic partner in a regulated market.

Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources, including proprietary systems, databases, and real-time feeds.
Build and maintain data transformation logic and pipelines (SQL-first; dbt or equivalent preferred) to ingest, transform, and load data into the data warehouse, with testing and validation at every layer.
Design and maintain analytics tables and dimensional models (marts) in the cloud data warehouse (e.g., GCP/BigQuery/Azure) and support orchestrated workflows (e.g., Apache Airflow) for batch and near-real-time data processing.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and internal systems to provide actionable insights for Customer Service, Risk Management, Player Engagement, and Product teams.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators and business metrics.
Collaborate with department heads to understand analytical requirements and translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
Ensure all data analysis and solutions follow regulatory requirements, data governance standards, and responsible gaming principles specific to the gaming industry.

Have strong expertise in data quality assurance and validation processes.
Have 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics engineering roles.
Are fluent in English.
Are experienced working with Power BI (or similar BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Metabase).
Are familiar with cloud data warehouses (GCP/BigQuery, Azure, or equivalent).
Have hands-on exposure to data pipelines, orchestration, and scheduling (e.g., Apache Airflow).
Are experienced in working with both real-time and batch data processing.
Possess experience in SQL and Python.
Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the gaming industry.
Are an excellent collaborator with strong analytical skills.
