Role Description This full-time Salesforce Developer role at Marmato Digital is a hybrid position based in the Greater Coimbatore Area, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and maintain customized solutions on the Salesforce platform, including configuration, coding, and integration with other systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, and Apex logic, as well as managing workflows, validation rules, and other declarative tools. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices. The Salesforce Developer will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, performing system enhancements, supporting deployments, and contributing to ongoing platform governance and documentation.
Qualifications
Experience: Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL.
Experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and Salesforce DX.
Hands-on experience in vulnerability remediation and secure coding.
Knowledge of Salesforce Security Model, OWASP Top 10, OAuth 2.0, SAML/SSO and data security.
• Implement validation rules, flows, and data model changes based on documented requirements
Write and maintain tests, investigate defects, and support reviewed deployments
Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineers to document workflows and integration behavior
● Good understanding of different business processes
Hands-on experience in building Lightning Web Components (LWC), writing Apex code (Triggers, Test class, Asynchronous Apex, etc.), building integrations with third-party systems using point-to-point connections as well via Middleware
Object-Oriented Programming concepts
Must have worked on both Salesforce Configuration (Drag-and-drop tools) and Customizations (LWC, Apex, etc.)
