Role Description The Vice-President of Product Innovation is a full-time, remote role responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across Upbit-USA’s portfolio. This leader oversees end-to-end product lifecycles, from discovery and concept validation through development, launch, and iteration. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding product managers and cross-functional teams, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring alignment between product goals and business objectives. The role involves deep market and customer analysis, identifying emerging opportunities, and championing experimentation and innovation practices. The Vice-President of Product Innovation will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and executive leadership to deliver differentiated products and measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong product strategy and product management skills, with experience owning product vision and roadmaps.
Proven product development expertise, including leading products from concept through launch and optimization.
Advanced analytical skills to interpret complex data, assess performance, and inform product decisions.
Demonstrated cross-functional team leadership skills, including mentoring product teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
Experience in innovation-focused or technology-driven organizations, preferably in digital platforms or financial technology.
Ability to operate effectively in a fully remote environment, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Track record of building inclusive, high-performing teams and fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is beneficial.
