Role Description The Ai Community Builder | Edtech role is a remote, contract position focused on growing and engaging a community of learners and professionals interested in AI and related technologies. In this role, the individual will create and manage social media content, foster conversation across online platforms, and highlight IONOTS training programs and success stories. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing community campaigns, responding to inquiries and comments, moderating discussions, and collaborating with the training and marketing teams to promote events, webinars, and new courses. The role also involves gathering community feedback, analyzing engagement metrics, and suggesting improvements to enhance learner experience and community growth.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan and execute campaigns that drive community growth and program awareness.
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging posts, visuals, and stories tailored to AI and edtech audiences.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with learners, instructors, and partners across diverse online channels.
Experience building or moderating online communities (e.g., Discord, LinkedIn groups, forums, or learning platforms) is beneficial.
Familiarity with AI, Data Science, or edtech domains, and an interest in technology education, is preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and use analytics tools to track and report community performance.
Relevant education or prior experience in marketing, communications, community management, or a related field is an advantage.
