Business Analyst - Model Risk

Business Analyst – Model Risk & Third Party Risk Management
We are looking for an experienced SME / Business Analyst / Consultant to support Model Risk investigation and remediation activities within a global banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support Model Risk investigation and remediation activities.
Design and enhance risk controls, processes, and procedures.
Support remediation and implementation planning.
Conduct gap analysis and translate findings into actionable requirements.
Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with key stakeholders.
Prepare options papers, recommendations, and management-level materials.
Work closely with Risk, Business, Technology, and Third Party Risk Management teams.
Key Requirements
Experience in banking or financial services, ideally within Risk, Controls, or Transformation.
Experience in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) is highly desirable.
Basic to intermediate understanding of Model Risk and/or AI Risk.
Strong Business Analysis, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Experience in control/process design, requirements management, and remediation initiatives.
Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to structure complex and ambiguous problems and drive them towards practical solutions.
Agile mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
