Data/Functional Analyst Support - Ditco

Job Purpose
The Functional Analyst will analyze user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements. Performs functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships. Identifies resources required for each task.
Duties and Responsibilities
The job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Support integration and coordination of tasks per agency requirements, including reporting and quality assurance
Manage telecom data entry and updates in DITCO systems (TISPROD, COPS, DABBS, TIBI, FAMIS)
Process service requests and orders (TSRs/TSOs) and validate entries in DISA systems
Maintain contract documentation in EDMS and locate SOCNs as needed
Update CSS/TSI database weekly and adjust COPS records as required
Research and resolve billing issues with telecom providers
Prepare and transmit telecom orders using IDEAS or legacy macros
Support contract administration, closeouts, and FPDS-NG updates
Coordinate with service providers and internal teams for network services
Maintain accurate records across COPS, EDMS, and CSS systems
Minimum Education & Experience:
High School Diploma
Preferred Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities:
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Software platforms: IDEAS, TISPROD, XPTR, FAMIS, TSEAS, TIBI, DABBS, EDMS, DDOE
Location: Onsite position at Ford Island, Hawaii
