Business Excellence Manager- Diabetes Care - Benelux

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Business Excellence Manager to join our Abbott Diabetes Care (ADC) Benelux organization.
In this strategic role, you will lead Business Excellence operations and Sales Planning processes across the Benelux. As a key partner to Country Affiliate Management, you will leverage data-driven insights to support decision-making, strengthen commercial performance and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Lead Business Excellence operations and Sales Planning processes across the Benelux, supporting management decision-making through robust, data-driven insights.
Drive business intelligence processes, including data gathering, analysis, forecasting, monitoring and business performance reviews.
Translate commercial developments and business trends into actionable models and plans, considering sales performance, competitive intelligence, market access, supply chain developments and customer needs.
Identify business opportunities and vulnerabilities and develop commercial models supporting Latest Best Estimate and Integrated Business Planning cycles.
Partner with Sales Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to review performance, identify risks and opportunities, and translate insights into commercial action plans.
Lead the creation and evaluation of business cases for commercial initiatives, including ROI assessment, outcome tracking and business analysis.
Drive Business Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives, including product launches, new business models and operational excellence programs.
Collaborate across Benelux, EMEAP and other regions to share best practices, improve processes and drive greater standardization and operational excellence.
What You’ll Bring
Master’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Strategic Supply Chain or a related discipline.
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant progressive experience within MedTech, Pharma or a similar industry.
Strong analytical capabilities, including experience with statistical forecasting and translating complex data into actionable business insights.
Strong business acumen and experience with critical commercial processes, including sales performance reviews, project management, supply chain management and pricing analysis.
Experience with key Business Intelligence principles and financial analysis.
Excellent systems skills and experience, particularly with Excel, PowerPoint and SAP.
Strong organizational, planning and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively, work to deadlines and collaborate across functions.
Fluency in English and Dutch and/or French. Project management certification, such as PRINCE2, is considered an asset.
