Viana do Castelo, Portugal
INTERNSHIP PURPOSE and KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Support the client tech specialist team on interesting tasks and challenges at our Viana location, such as:
Desktop support.
Desktop connection to network.
Telecommunications support.
Desktop applications installation and troubleshooting.
Help Desk / Systems Operations.
Develop / support web-based programs.
Special Assignments – Responsible for the completion of special assignments as required.
Teamwork – Considers and seeks out the impact of his/her actions within the team.
Actively seeks collaboration with internal and external team members.
Scope of position is defined by basic problem solving and the relation to the overall assignment or project
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Technical Certification in Information Systems, Computer Science or related fied
Bachelor Degree in related area is valed
Knowledge in software skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills required
Proficiency level Portuguese (spoken and written)
Good English language skills (spoken and written)
