Senior Counterintelligence Analyst

We are seeking a senior counterintelligence analyst to serve as the program's authority on CI and HUMINT analysis supporting DIA's regional and functional intelligence centers. You set the analytic and reporting standard for CI work and develop the analysts who carry it out.
Why this role: Functional Leads set the standard for their discipline across the whole program, not just one team. You mentor practitioners across multiple DIA centers, shape how the program hires and trains, and grow along a defined leadership path.
Position is contingent upon contract award. Selected candidates receive contingent offers in advance of award. All discussions are held in confidence and do not affect current employment.
Work Schedule: M-F 8 hours/day
Essential Responsibilities:
• Serve as the senior authority for counterintelligence and HUMINT analysis across supported centers
• Set standards for CI analytic products and the quality of HUMINT reporting used in analysis
• Mentor CI and HUMINT analysts and build their certification and development paths
• Author and maintain procedures and position guides for CI and HUMINT functions
• Coordinate with DIA CI elements and partner agencies; serve on hiring panels
• Contribute to analytic production as a senior analyst
Minimum Requirements:
• Active TS/SCI with counterintelligence polygraph
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 10+ years of counterintelligence or HUMINT analysis or operations supporting DoD or the Intelligence Community
• Experience producing CI assessments for senior leaders
• Experience mentoring or leading analysts
Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI with polygraph
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Minimum Years of Experience: 10
Preferred Qualifications:
• Counterintelligence experience at DIA or within a joint CI task force
• DoD strategic debriefer or source validation experience
• Instructor or curriculum development experience
• Experience with interagency CI coordination
This position is designated as a safety sensitive position.

Compensation Details:
$130,000 - $170,000
