Manufacturing Operator

As Manufacturing Operator you will:
Follow technical blueprints and manuals to ensure correct assembly.
Handle electrical and manual tools with proficiency.
Collaborate with the Team to identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.
Be committed to fulfill goals.

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field.
Industrial or Automotive sector preferred.
A keen eye for accuracy and precision in all tasks.
Be committed to maintaining high standards of Quality and integrity.
Willingness to work in various conditions, including high places, confined spaces, and high-voltage equipment.
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Must be able to lift 35 kilos and perform physically demanding tasks.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a Team.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Have a proven intermediate knowledge of English.
