Nordic is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Epic & Healthcare IT serves as a strategic recruiting partner supporting Nordic's Epic, healthcare IT, consulting, and managed services hiring needs. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, proactive sourcing, talent pipeline development, and workforce planning across specialized healthcare technology talent. The ideal candidate brings extensive healthcare IT recruiting experience, a proven track record of identifying and engaging hard-to-find talent, strong industry relationships, and the ability to align sourcing strategies with evolving business and workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for Epic and healthcare IT talent across assigned service lines, capabilities, and workforce needs.
Proactively source and engage passive candidates through professional networks, referrals, industry groups, user communities, talent databases, events, social platforms, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain pipelines for current openings, anticipated project demand, managed services needs, and long-term strategic capabilities, maintaining relationships with qualified candidates whose experience or availability does not align with an immediate opportunity.
Monitor pipeline health, talent availability, and candidate movement across health systems, consulting firms, and healthcare technology organizations.
Apply labor market insights to expand talent pools and develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
Manage assigned searches from intake and sourcing through screening, interview coordination, selection, offer acceptance, and preboarding transition.
Support hiring for full-time employees, project-based consultants, managed services professionals, and other workforce models.
Stay informed about Epic and healthcare IT talent-market developments, including skill scarcity, implementation activity, optimization demand, consulting trends, and candidate movement.
Use recruiting data to identify pipeline gaps, process delays, declining candidate engagement, and project-fulfillment risks.
Serve as a trusted ambassador for Nordic, effectively communicating our culture, career opportunities, and employee value proposition to engage, influence, and attract top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Collaborate with Marketing and business partners to develop and promote employer branding content, recruitment campaigns, and talent attraction strategies that elevate Nordic's visibility and reputation as an employer of choice.
Skills and Experience
5+ years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience across multiple functions and seniority levels required.
Direct experience sourcing and recruiting Epic-certified or Epic-experienced professionals strongly preferred.
Experience recruiting for healthcare consulting, managed services, payer, provider, or healthcare technology organizations strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of Epic applications, certifications, implementation phases, optimization work, support models, and common healthcare IT project structures strongly preferred.
Experience partnering with business, delivery, staffing, service line, sales, or client-facing leaders.
Experience managing multiple specialized searches with competing priorities and timelines.
Deep understanding of industry-specific talent market trends, recruiting strategy development, candidate sourcing and pipelining, and assessment/selection processes.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Experience using artificial intelligence, automation, or AI-enabled recruiting tools to support candidate research, talent sourcing, personalized outreach, market intelligence, content development, and workflow efficiency strongly preferred.
Experience supporting both full-time and project-based consulting roles.
Familiarity with Workday, Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar recruiting platforms.
Post-secondary education preferred, or additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
Additional Details
Occasional travel of up to 10% may be required.
