Business Analyst, Serialization L4/L5 Expert
Location: Krakow, Poland, 4 days onsite from 2027
We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our Global IT team and lead Galderma’s serialization landscape related to level 4 and level 5 systems.
This is a specialist role combining strong functional knowledge with hands-on technical expertise across SAP serialization solutions. You will work closely with business, IT, compliance and external partners to translate regulatory and business requirements into effective technical solutions.
The role will have a particular focus on SAP ATTP and SAP TH (ex: ICH), leading our global L4 and L5 serialization systems.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a key functional expert for SAP ATTP and SAP TH (ICH).
Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
Configure and enhance serialization solutions in line with business and compliance requirements.
Lead functional specifications, testing, UAT and implementation activities.
Support validation activities and ensure alignment with GxP and CSV requirements.
Support the migration from our ATTP running on HEC to ATTP running on S/4
Provide expert support for complex system issues and configuration changes.
Work closely with business teams, IT, SAP teams and external partners across a global environment.
Support go-live, hyper care and ongoing system improvements.
Ideally you will have
Strong hands-on experience with SAP ATTP and SAP TH (ICH).
Good understanding of pharmaceutical serialization and traceability.
Experience configuring and supporting enterprise IT systems.
Strong knowledge of GxP and Computerized System Validation.
Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Extensive knowledge of GS1 standards and serialization regulations.
Comfortable working across both functional and technical areas.
Experience working in a global IT or pharmaceutical environment.
Able to work independently and take ownership of activities from day one.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work with international teams in a global environment
