· Performs all clerical duties for department.
· Answers telephone inquiries and/or routes to appropriate person.
· Provides information as requested and assists other employees, attorneys, and the public.
· Completes timesheets for payroll for all division employees.
· Orders and stock supplies
· Process incoming and interoffice mail.
· Notarize documents as needed.
· Participates in activities and duties related to emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by appropriate county managers.
Valid Texas Driver's License required
