As the E-Commerce Manager for the Czech Republic, you will drive the local development of our digital sales channels and e-commerce partnerships. As part of our European E-Commerce team, you will ensure that local market requirements are successfully aligned with our overall European strategy while contributing to the continued growth of our business.
Your Responsibilities
Act as the central point of contact for e-commerce activities in the Czech market and collaborate closely with the European E-Commerce team to support the execution of local and regional strategies.
Develop sustainable growth initiatives with key online retailers and omnichannel partners while continuously strengthening and expanding existing business relationships.
Identify, acquire, onboard, and develop new e-commerce partners while increasing the visibility and performance of our products across platforms such as Alza, Allegro, and other relevant channels.
Monitor sales performance, market developments, and key e-commerce KPIs to identify growth opportunities and drive successful online campaigns and commercial activities in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
Support the maintenance and optimization of online product content and product data quality across partner platforms.
Your Profile
You hold a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in B2B2C e-commerce, online retail, marketplace management, or digital sales have prepared you to successfully drive online business growth.
An analytical mindset and a confident approach to working with e-commerce KPIs, market data, and digital sales channels are among your strengths.
Fluent Czech and English language skills, combined with excellent communication and negotiation abilities, enable you to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across international markets
