Senior Business Accountability Coordinator - Money Movement

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Accountability Coordinator. This role is responsible for standards and controls in the business, ensuring effective design, assessment, monitoring, and execution through establishment of protocols, assessment, risk mitigation, oversight, reporting, and self-assurance activities.
In this role, you will:
Support performance of less experienced staff and the overall effectiveness of activities relating to risk mitigation or control efforts on behalf of the business; proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing associated processes and tools
Perform complex administrative, transactional, monitoring, reporting, and coordination tasks
Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff
Interact with immediate team, functional area, and internal peers outside of work group on a wide range and variety of information
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of business controls, procedures, compliance, or risk support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Demonstrates a solutions-focused mindset.
Completed at least two (2) years of college education.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
Ability to effectively partner with stakeholders across various business channels.
Ability to provide timely, in-the-moment feedback and coaching.
Experience in trust operations, banking operations, wealth and investment management, fiduciary services, or a related financial services environment.
Knowledge of money movement processes, account maintenance, securities trading, and operational controls within the financial industry.
Experience performing dual-control or quality review functions involving transactions, approvals, and risk mitigation.
At least 1 year experience as a team leader or SME.
Able to multi-task
Job Expectations:
Amenable to work on a night shift schedule, observe U.S. holidays, support different US time zones, and work in an onsite setup (5NEO).
Amenable to working overtime as needed.
Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements that support business growth and operational efficiency.
May conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for newly onboarded team members.
Responsible for completing assigned tasks within the bank's established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
This is a new process being set up which will allow for possible future growth.
