WHAT YOU’LL DO
Report to the AML Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing manual review and onboarding of Trading 212 Customers.
- Undertaking Customer Due Diligence (CDD), including ECDD, OCDD, and PEPs, Sanctions and Adverse Media reviews.
- Conducting Transaction Monitoring
- Performing Payment Method Verifications
- Conducting Source of Wealth and Funds checks on Trading 212 Customers.
- Assist in screening and reviewing Customers for potential financial crime risks.
- Assist in updating Trading 212’s AML procedures
- Assist drafting periodic compliance reporting for Senior Management, the Risk & Compliance Committee and the Board as required
- Stay informed on any changes to AML/CTF laws, regulations, and best practices.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- A degree in Commerce, Finance, or Economics
- Demonstrate interest and knowledge in AML/CTF laws and regulations.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the capability to develop and write analytical reports
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, escalating challenges or concerns promptly and appropriately
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- High energy for performance in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
