Senior Streetwear Designer

We're Hiring: Senior Streetwear Designer (m/f/x) | 100% Remote | Germany
Are you a visionary designer with deep roots in streetwear culture? We're looking for a Senior Streetwear Designer to lead our creative direction and bring bold aesthetics to life!
The Role:
Develop apparel graphics and collections from concept to final artwork
Research emerging trends across fashion, music, art, and streetwear
Create production-ready designs at a fast pace with frequent drops
Prepare technically accurate files with layers, color separations, and print specifications
Evolve existing collections while developing new creative directions
Work closely with product, marketing, design, and the founders
Present concepts and design development with confidence and clarity
Use sales, marketing, and community feedback to inform design decisions
Must-Haves:
✔ 2–5+ years of senior-level experience in apparel/streetwear design
✔ Strong, distinctive portfolio focused on fashion and streetwear
✔ Advanced Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills
✔ Experience with prints, all-over prints, and textile design
✔ Solid knowledge of fabrics, printing techniques, trims, and garment production
✔ Excellent trend awareness across streetwear, music, art, and subcultures
✔ Ability to work independently and quickly with high ownership
✔ C1 English fluency
✔ Currently based in Germany
Nice-to-Haves:
All-over print and textile design experience
Background in alternative fashion, tattoo culture, or punk/metal music
D2C or e-commerce fashion brand experience
Strong commercial and trend forecasting skills
