The Manager, QA Drug Substance uses leadership skills to optimize processes and form strategic partnerships with CQV and Engineering teams. During the project phase, this role will spearhead quality oversight for Drug Substance Manufacturing processes and managing validation documentation to ensure the highest standards are met. In operations, the Manager, QA Drug Substance leads Quality partnerships, guaranteeing DSM systems and processes are operated and maintained in a validated state throughout their lifecycle. This role ensures consistent policy administration and provides QA oversight of the day-to-day activities of the QA DSM team.
