Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services. The workday includes collaborating with various teams to integrate new technologies and applying a cloud-first and agile approach to address complex business challenges effectively. The role demands continuous engagement in development activities that ensure seamless functionality and user experience across the entire system.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and timelines effectively.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, AWS Architecture.
Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment on cloud platforms.
Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
Understanding of agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment processes.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
