Staff Product Manager, Transactions & Trust

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Manager, Transactions & Trust based in the United States.
The Staff Product Manager, Transactions & Trust will own the end-to-end financial journey of a two-sided marketplace, from checkout through settlement.
You’ll shape strategy across payments, payouts, fees, insurance, credits, changes, disputes, and reputation systems.
The role combines product strategy, systems thinking, customer discovery, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional influence.
You’ll make high-impact decisions where guest protection, operator fairness, transparency, conversion, and sustainable revenue must be balanced carefully.
Working across Product, Finance, Operations, Support, and external partners, you’ll influence roadmaps without relying on formal authority.
The environment emphasizes rapid experimentation, measurable outcomes, continuous discovery, and shipping focused improvements rather than lengthy release cycles.
You’ll also help strengthen the broader product practice through mentorship, hiring input, and improvements to how product teams work.
