As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the complete development lifecycle of software features, ensuring seamless integration between user interfaces and backend systems. The role requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services. The engineer actively explores and applies emerging technologies to address complex business challenges, maintaining a focus on cloud-first strategies and agile methodologies. This position demands adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that meet business requirements.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
Strong understanding of backend development including RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
Ability to work with databases and perform data modeling.
Knowledge of agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
