🔹 1. PROJECT MANAGER
Experience: 8–15 Years in Highway/Road Construction
Responsibilities:
Overall management of NH-52 road project.
Planning and execution of strengthening, overlay, repair & maintenance works.
Coordination with NHAI/Authority, consultants and subcontractors.
Monitoring project progress, quality, safety and resources.
Managing manpower, machinery and material requirements.
Reviewing BOQ, drawings, specifications and contract requirements.
Monitoring DPR, progress reports and project documentation.
Handling site issues, deviations, variations and extra-item works.
Ensuring work completion as per approved specifications and timelines.
🔹 2. BILLING ENGINEER
Experience: 3–7 Years in Highway/Road Projects
Responsibilities:
Preparation and submission of RA Bills and final bills.
Preparation and verification of MB (Measurement Book).
Quantity calculation as per BOQ, drawings and actual site measurements.
Preparation of client/NHAI billing documents and supporting statements.
Quantity reconciliation of earthwork, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, bitumen and other works.
Preparation of BOQ reconciliation, deviation statements and extra-item statements.
Checking subcontractor/vendor bills.
Coordination with Site Engineers, QS and Project Manager.
Maintaining billing records, measurement sheets and quantity abstracts.
Monitoring work quantities against BOQ and contract provisions.
🔹 3. SITE ENGINEER – HIGHWAY
Experience: 3–7 Years in Road/Highway Construction
Responsibilities:
Supervision of day-to-day road construction, strengthening, overlay, repair & maintenance activities.
Execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, MoRTH/NHAI specifications and project requirements.
Checking line, level, alignment, thickness and quantity of work.
Supervision of GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, bituminous works and other pavement activities.
Monitoring labour, machinery and material deployment.
Maintaining daily progress and site records.
Coordination with QA/QC, Billing Engineer and Project Manager.
Identification and reporting of site issues and required corrective actions.
Ensuring proper measurement and documentation of completed works.
🎓 Qualification
B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma – Civil Engineering
💼 Preferred Candidates
Candidates having experience in NHAI / PWD / Highway / Road Construction / Repair & Maintenance Projects will be preferred.
