Hiring: Product Development Manager – Innerwear & Activewear
Shori Trends Pvt Ltd | Tiruppur / Avinashi | Full-time, On-site
Salary: From ₹60,000/month, higher based on experience
Shori Trends is a knitwear and innerwear manufacturer with 15 sewing lines and in-house fabric processing. We're looking for a Product Development Manager to lead new innerwear and activewear products from concept to bulk.
Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end development: concept, fabric, trims, fit, costing and production handover
• Develop fabrics and trims suited to innerwear and activewear performance and comfort
• Lead fit approvals and manage buyer comments to closure
• Ensure products meet buyer quality and testing standards
• Coordinate sampling, merchandising and production to meet development timelines
• Bring new ideas through trend, material and market research
Requirements
• 8+ years in knitwear product development, with strong innerwear and activewear experience
• Well versed in polyester-spandex fabrics, with working experience in nylon-spandex, plus expertise in trims and specialised constructions
• Experience with export buyers and brands
• Strong costing, fit and team leadership skills
