Marketing Transformation - Vice President, Business Management

Job Responsibilities
• Maintain an integrated view of CSP21 priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and executive commitments.
• Coordinate reporting inputs across Transformation, Product, Technology, Finance, and Change Management teams.
• Develop and maintain scorecards and dashboards that track key performance indicators, objectives and key results, and business outcomes.
• Partner with Finance to track transformation investments, forecasts, spend, business case assumptions, and value realization.
• Support governance forums and leadership operating rhythms, including agendas, materials, decisions, actions, and follow-up.
• Identify gaps, emerging risks, and issues requiring leadership attention, and drive timely resolution or escalation.
• Improve reporting standards, templates, processes, and source information to strengthen accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
• Support annual planning, prioritization, and executive readiness across CSP21 and related transformation initiatives.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to the Head of Marketing Transformation and influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
Job Requirements
• 7 years of experience in business management, transformation, strategy, consulting, operations, finance, program management, or a related field.
• Experience leading executive reporting, communications, governance, or business management processes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create concise, executive-ready presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights, recommendations, and decisions.
• Strong financial acumen with experience supporting investment, budget, forecast, or business case reporting.
• Experience developing performance reporting using key performance indicators, objectives and key results, scorecards, or dashboards.
• Proven ability to establish structure, operating rhythms, and accountability across complex initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Experience supporting senior executives and preparing materials for high-visibility leadership forums.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment with sound judgment and discretion.
